CS05 is not a clerical reminder problem. “A vendor renewal lapsed and a compliance deadline was missed” is the surface complaint. The system signal is accountability for cross-entity obligations falling into the gaps between organizations: obligations can belong to multiple organizations and still have no owner. Do not blame Priya, do not frame this as “someone forgot,” and do not frame reminders as the repair — cross-entity obligations multiplied faster than ownership, escalation, and shared registers were ever designed.
